We really appreciate you being part of Cabsby, and we value your continued partnership in our growing network.

Please understand that it’s very difficult to run a competitive taxi network when we have to keep chasing up network fees. It takes time, money, and people to do that, which isn’t good for business especially when payments aren’t made on time.

To keep things running smoothly, please make sure all network fees and levies are paid on or before the 5th of each month.

If network fees are not paid by the due date, your vehicle(s) will be immediately suspended and removed from both the Cabsby network and the Point to Point Transport NSW portal, without further notice.

Please also note that operating a taxi without being affiliated with an authorised network is a serious offence and may result in penalties of up to $110,000 under NSW Point to Point Transport laws.

Due to rising operational costs, the network fee remains fixed at $370 per taxi including levy deposit and is not negotiable.
